Why Us?

 … Great Question

Because of our deep commitment to service, ongoing curiosity in knowing what works, and our ability to deliver creative solutions. We are ethical in what we say and do. We will meet you where you are, and journey with you like a "guide on the ride."

Because we map what we'll do, ask you to agree with the map, and deliver what we promise – you know what you will receive in your words!

Because of our experiences, like the story of Stephen Hobbs, Master Navigator, about starting the WELLth Learning Network. Plus .,.,. you can tap into the knowledge of other WELLth-related experts- whose cutting-edge and proven insights, videos, articles and workshops are listed in this website.

Because WELLthLearning.com is connected with the community through volunteer activity and financial giving; we care, we share! We believe in the adage, "Share It Fromward!"

Because of our Master Navigator Stephen Hobbs, EdD:

All of WELLth Learning's programs originate from Steve’s personal experience as an entrepreneur, workplace supervisor, manager and senior manager working with profit, non-profit and government organizations in Canada and internationally. Steve continues to walk what he shares with you. Along his path, he experienced hiccups, fell on his face and picked himself up. Steve has also made some great decisions, which keeps moving things forward for everyone involved.

Steve takes the time to find out the theory behind the practice. Through his continuous learning, he seeks answers to the why, how and who questions of entrepreneurial excellence and navigating cultural transition within entrepreneurial organizations. He has a love of educating and writing. His joy is sharing what he has learned and what he is learning from the workshop participants and organizations with whom he consults, speaks and presents.

Steve presents what is real for today! He's always and in all ways willing to share his suggestions of the possible future.

Within every workshop and seminar, Steve (and all WELLth Educators), balance the presentation of concepts and practices, offering critiques of what works. He encourages people to recognize what they already know and can do AND thereafter, brings the best of their practices forward while using the creative process to explore and discover new possibilities.

All of Steve’s workshops, seminars and speaking engagements are thought provoking and action packed. People often refer to him as DrWELLth, because of his practitioner and scholar background.

“Steve is a "Tip of the Sword" thought and change leader. He has the abilities, wisdom and skills only found in a true senior level advisor/consultant. This is demonstrated by his personal approach and well chosen spoken words ("…which are important") executed so well one does not truly appreciate the depth of forethought. His insight has forever positively altered my career, ideas, personal growth and insight into true leadership. He's also extremely humble, which is why I am writing this. If you haven't already met Steve you may have been going the "less correct" way until now. As Tesla was to the industrial age, Steve will be to the Shift in our approach to learning.” September 4, 2010

Jason Urquhart, Source Atlantic, hired Steve as a Business Consultant in 2009
