Using our deep commitment to service, ongoing curiosity in knowing what works and our ability to deliver creative solutions, WELLth is a boutique "entrepreneurial excellence company" specializing in guiding entrepreneurs and their staff to personal magnificence and organizational significance.
We guide entrepreneurs and their staff to work well together so entrepreneurs as manager-leaders and/or their manager-leaders, don’t have to put up with incomplete tasks, employee absenteeism and inconsistent performance.
We educate entrepreneurs and manager-leaders to develop and sustain an organizational culture where everyone enjoys what they do and do what they enjoy.
Over the years our work and experiences have focused on:
- establishing and sustaining small businesses with and without business partners while seeking venture capital
- creating and delivering management/leadership workshops including coaching for an array of large and small size companies, government departments and non-profit organizations
- serving as director and CEO/CLO of a world-based competence validation company
- writing books, eBooks, book chapters and articles on a variety of topics – many of which are available through this website
- instructing earners in management/leadership, communication, performance improvement topics through colleges, universities and The Banff Centre
- developing, implementing and evaluating an HIV/AIDS Health Promotion Program for Ugandan Red Cross through the Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies based on a quantitative analysis of of what a country knows about HIV/AIDS
- managing relief efforts for the South Sudan program for the International Committee of the Red Cross Society; managed air operations including purchasing, warehousing, processing, delivering and reporting on goods, and then wrote the relief operations manual based out of Nairobi, Kenya
- managing branch and volunteer development for a non-profit organization in Alberta, Canada
- programming sport, recreation and tourism activities for a local government area in Western Australia
