Coaching

Coaching is me (Stephen Hobbs) encouraging You .,.,. to be clear on what you will continue, stop, and start doing to grow your business and thereafter, take the appropriate action.

The organizational awareness you gain from identifying your key business issues and their primary interventions helps resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.

Issue awareness is more than half the answer. The targeted actions you take, completes the effective resolution of negative issues and/or the expansion of the positive issues.

I’ll help you get out of the rain and the sloppy mud. I’ll get you on dry land with an umbrella. From here, you can determine the best path to navigate through your workplace issues.

To be frank – workplace issues will always be present. As you grow your business, new issues will always present themselves. However, the more you deal with them in a systemic way using the tools and techniques given to you during the coaching program, the more you catapult yourself to deal with the issues with patience, flexibility and discretion.

My coaching practice started about five years ago. In that time, I’ve helped more than 500 entrepreneurs, business owners, and manager-leaders get on track to meet their personal goals and aspirations, and support their employees and the clients they serve.

From a place of full disclosure, I’ve been coached, currently have business mentors, and continue to learn business practices to improve my business and coaching approach.

Therefore, I am educating what I love to learn.

To be crystal clear .,.,. when you uncloak the mystery of business issues, then the actions you take improve the business processes and eliminate/reduce your time, effort and resource wasters.

To get you started, choose from one of the three programs below:
